Hello! I'm Toshak Kadam, and I love helping professionals grow in their careers as a Digital Mentor. Over 13 years, I've worked in many areas like Operations, Sales, and Marketing, in different fields such as Travel, Logistics, and B2B Lead Generation. I've helped big companies like Sharpspring, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Dell, and Staples.

I've seen many challenges both in my personal life and career. I've noticed that a lot of people working in companies don't have someone to guide them in their careers. This can make them feel stuck or make them change jobs often. I want to change that. Starting as an Associate in 2010 to being a Marketing Director in a renowned Makeup Artistry firm, I've learned a lot and I want to share this knowledge.

I've started my personal brand to help not just the young generation, but any fashion and beauty related professional who wants to do well in their career. By 2030, I hope to coach and mentor 100,000 students, professionals, and freshers.

In addition to my personal brand, I'm the Founder and Managing Partner of AImpact Digital. We help specific professionals like makeup artists, hairstylists, and nail artists with their digital needs. AImpact Digital provides AI-based Marketing and Business Consulting solutions and training.
